How do I know my ring size? Sizing details

You can discover your ring size by going to your local jeweler and having your finger measured. See here how you can also determine your ring size and find your perfect fit at home: a few easy ways to assess your ring size at home.

1. If you have a ring that already fits your finger well, you can use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of this ring:
Take your ruler and measure straight across the inside of the ring from edge to edge.
Take the diameter measurement in millimeters, and then use our measurement-conversion chart to find your ring size.
We recommend Photographing the ring on the ruler from above (see illustration) and attaching a second photo of the width of the ring on the ruler (see illustration).

These dimensions will allow Ilan to determine
your exact size.
Ilan will add 0.25 for a semi-wide ring and 0.5
for a wide ring. 
If you have already added to your size,
please let us know when you order.

2. You can also order a ring sizer from the internet. We recommend purchasing a simple plastic gauge
(picture for illustration). It will do the job.

3. See an international size conversion table if you know your size in another size bar.

What are the materials you use and what is your warranty?

Our rings are made of 925 sterling silver and 10k / 14k / 18k solid gold.
Ilan sometimes solder a 2mm solid gold on the sterling, it is NOT gold plated, or gold-filled. The gold is solid gold and will not lose its color or flake.
We use precious and semi-precious gemstones. Each stone is selected by us. Most stones are One Of A Kind.
We are responsible for our jewelry, and if there is any problem with the jewelry, please contact us.

How should I take care of my jewelry? Care instructions

If your ring has turned black- don’t panic. 🙂 We work with the best materials. Sometimes it’s just a little remnant of soldering material that has turned black, or the silver may have oxidized a little.
This is what you can do in your home:
Put an aluminum sheet in a glass bowl, place the ring on top of the shiny side of the aluminum. Add baking soda and then pour boiling water into the container. You may stir the water a little bit while it is bubbling hot and wait for a few minutes. The color will change instantly. Rinse the ring in water and dry it with a cloth, you can gently rub it.
If nothing works- let us know.

How does the jewelry arrive? Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order is carefully packed to ensure its safe arrival. All our jewelry is wrapped in a beautiful and classic gift box, as you can see in the pictures – perfect to present as a gift to your loved ones. Please let us know if you would like me to include a special note from you inside.

Do you make custom and personalized orders?

Custom orders can be made based on existing items. Check out our “Gone but not forgotten” items too.
If you see something you like, contact us and we’ll design your piece together.

What is the Refunds policy?

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You can return your item to us, via REGULAR registered mail only, within that time frame, when the item is in its original condition.
Please send it by registered mail in its original packaging if you can, or similar (just make sure that the ring is protected).
Please write on the parcel: ITEM FOR REPAIR.
We will issue a refund (minus the shipping costs) only after receiving the item. Shipping fees and custom orders are nonrefundable.
If the item has arrived damaged, PLEASE first take a picture of the item, and then contact us via mail, and we will work things out to your satisfaction.
Exchanges are also acceptable, but please contact us beforehand.
